this weeks oldie is from 1998 and is titled ‚Scared U Are‘.
I was very inspired by the great french movie ‚Clubbed to Death‘ (in outrageous german translation: ‚Lola im Technoland’…) and the sametitled classic tune by Rob D., which was featured in this film.
his tune became very famous two years later as it was also featured in the matrix-soundtrack.
I loved the overall dramatic & classic mood in his track, so I tried the same in ‚Scared U Are‘.
I sampled some classic instruments like strings, orchestra-hits, etc. and created this epic & cinematic triphop/dopebeat/downtempo-track.
